Roasted Pumpkin Seeds made with Simply Orange® Pulp Free with Calcium and Vitamin D

  • 1 tablespoon Simply Orange Pulp-Free with Calcium and Vitamin D
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds, rinsed, drained from 1 medium pumpkin


  1. Preheat oven to 250˚.
  2. Stir together orange juice and next 4 ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in pumpkin seeds, tossing evenly to coat.
  4. Transfer to a lightly greased 11-x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until crisp, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
