Ingredients:
1 tablespoon
Simply Orange Pulp-Free with Calcium and Vitamin D
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds, rinsed, drained from 1 medium pumpkin
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250˚.
Stir together orange juice and next 4 ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Stir in pumpkin seeds, tossing evenly to coat.
Transfer to a lightly greased 11-x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until crisp, stirring every 15 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
