Combine the dried thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub chicken breasts with the dried mixture, set aside.
Melt butter in a large oven-safe skillet (cast iron preferred), over medium-high heat.
Add chicken to skillet, searing both sides until golden-brown (about 3-4 minutes per side). Set aside.
Sauté chopped garlic in the skillet for about 1 minute.
Stir in Simply Orange, chicken stock, maple syrup, honey, thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste.
Bring sauce to a lively boil; reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened (about 3-5 minutes). Return chicken to the skillet.
Place skillet into oven and roast until chicken is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (about 25-30 minutes).
Serve in your favorite dish, garnished with sprigs of rosemary and thyme.
