This summer, dip into Simply Limeade for a refreshing addition to your favorite chip topper.
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 green onion (white and light green parts only), root end trimmed
- 1 small shallot, peeled
- ¼ cup Simply Limeade
- 1 sprig of cilantro
- 1 drop of honey
- Pinch of Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Carrots, celery, and tortilla chips for serving
- Blend 1 ripe avocado, 1 green onion, 1 peeled shallot, ¼ cup of Simply Limeade, 1 sprig of cilantro, and 1 drop of honey in a blender until smooth.
- Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve with chips, carrots, and celery sticks.
