Ingredients:

• 2 oz Irish Cream
• 4 oz Simply Orange
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• Splash of club soda
• Mint leaves (optional for garnish)
• Orange peel (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Pour Irish Cream into a glass.
2. Add Simply Orange.
3. Add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
4. Top with club soda, and stir.
5. Garnish with mint sprig and orange peel.
6. Enjoy with straw or spoon!
