Pre-heat over to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients for meatballs in a large bowl and mix well. Scoop mixture with tablespoon or
2 oz portion scoop and roll into balls, set aside on greased sheet tray once rolled.
Whisk BBQ sauce, Simply Cranberry Cocktail and Dijon mustard in a small saucepan and heat over medium for 10 minutes until reduced by half.
Place meatballs in oven and bake 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Remove from oven and drain meatballs on paper towel to remove excess fat.
Pour warmed cranberry sauce over meatballs, top with additional parsley and serve.
