Pumpkin Oatmeal Recipe

Start the day off right with a warm bowl of Simply Apple Pumpkin Oatmeal. This simple breakfast recipe is a quick and easy way to spice up your morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup Simply Apple
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mix oats and Simply Apple in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once.
  3. (Optional) Add more Simply Apple or oats for desired consistency, and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon sugar.
  5. Heat through, and serve.
