  • Q: How are Simply Beverages™ different than other juices and drinks in stores?
    • A: Simply Beverages are delicious, made with only not-from-concentrate juices and are always kept chilled. Since the launch of Simply Orange in 2001, our not-from-concentrate orange juice has never contained added water, sugar or preservatives and is gently pasteurized to ensure that you always get a fresh-squeezed taste experience.
  • Q: Where can I buy Simply Beverages?
    • A: Simply Beverages are available in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores and in many convenience, drug and club stores around the country. Visit our Where To Buy page for a comprehensive list of retailers, or if you are having trouble finding your favorite Simply Beverage, give us a call or post on our Facebook wall and we'll be happy to help.
  • Q: Why can’t I find all of the Simply Beverages flavors at my store? 
    • A: The availability of Simply Beverages varieties may differ from one retailer to the next. You may want to check with the manager of the store where you normally shop.  Managers like to know which products their customers are interested in purchasing, and sometimes the store is able to request the product from their sales center. 
  • Q: Where do the oranges in Simply Orange® come from?
    • A: Delivering the gold standard in fresh, pure taste is important to us at the Simply Orange Juice Company. This means that we source oranges from both the USA and Brazil at different times of the year to provide you with the best-tasting product possible. Oranges are a seasonal crop and the specific varieties of oranges we select for Simply Orange® don’t grow year-round. We use as much “in season” juice as possible from both the USA and Brazil in order to bring you our best tasting juice, 365 days a year.
  • Q: Where can I find the country of origin for the juice in Simply Orange?
    • A: You can locate the country of origin coded on the neck of the Simply Orange® carafe. It will be labeled USA or USA/BRAZIL.
  • Q: What does Fresh Taste Guaranteed mean?
    • A: At the Simply Orange Juice Company, we stand behind our quality products and their guaranteed fresh taste. If you do not agree that your Simply Juices® or Simply Drinks™ product tastes fresh, we invite you to try another of our Simply Beverages, on us. (US consumers only, limited to one (1) per household). Please call 1-800-871-2653 for more information.
  • Q: I'm unsatisfied with a Simply Beverage I purchased. Is there someone I can speak to?
    • A: Producing the best juices and juice drinks is our passion and quality is our top priority.  If you are unsatisfied with your Simply product, please contact us at 1-800-871-2653 (weekdays 9am-5pm ET) so we can learn more about your purchase and further assist you.
  • Q: Is it safe to drink a Simply Beverage that has been left out of the refrigerator?
    • A: We don’t recommend drinking any of our products that have been unrefrigerated for an extended period of time. Simply Beverages do not contain preservatives, so we can give you a fresh taste. We suggest opting for a new, chilled carafe.
  • Q: Can Simply Beverages be frozen for storage?
    • A: Simply Beverages can be frozen, but it's not recommended as the juice may expand, causing the Simply carafe to crack or leak. To enjoy the freshest taste, it's best to drink Simply Juices and Simply Drinks before the expiration date and when it has been stored chilled.
  • Q: Do Simply Beverages contain ingredients with any of the Big Eight allergens as defined by the FDA? 
    • A: No, Simply Beverages do not contain ingredients with any of the Big Eight allergens (milk, eggs, fish (i.e. bass, flounder, or cod), crustacean shellfish (i.e. crab, lobster, or shrimp), tree nuts (i.e. almonds, pecans, or walnuts), peanuts, wheat, and soybeans). We evaluate the ingredients used in all our products to make sure there are no allergens. If an ingredient does contain allergenic material from any of the Big Eight allergens defined by FDA, then that fact would be clearly disclosed on the label. 
  • Q: Is BPA found in the Simply plastic carafes?
    • A: No. Our plastic carafes are made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic, which does not contain BPA.
  • Q: Are coupons available for Simply Beverages?
    • A: While it isn’t possible to send out coupons upon request, you may find offers, coupons or specials in your local newspaper.  Occasionally we have coupons to share and when we do, we'll post an update on our Facebook page to inform all our fans.
  • Q: How do I contact Simply Orange Juice Company?
    • A: The quickest way to get in touch is to call 1-800-871-2653. But you can also contact us via the "Talk to Us" tab on the top of the homepage. From there you can fill out your information and provide comments.  After submission, your comment will be reviewed and we will determine how best to assist you. 
  • Q: Where is Simply Orange Juice Company located?
    • A:  Simply Orange Juice Company is headquartered in Apopka, Florida.
  • Q: Is the Simply Beverages single serve carafe smaller than it used to be?
    • A:  Yes, Simply Beverages single serve products are now available in 11.5 fl. oz. PET carafes.
  • Q: Why did you change the size of the Simply Beverages single serve carafe?
    • A: The decision to change the size of the Simply carafe to 11.5 fl. oz. was based on research that consumers prefer a smaller, portion-sized bottle.
  • Q: Will I still be able to buy the 13.5 fl. oz. PET carafe in stores?
    • A:  No, the 11.5 fl. oz. PET carafe will replace the 13.5 fl. oz. PET carafe starting in January. Depending on the area of the country you live in or the store in which you shop, you may be able to find 13.5 fl. oz. PET carafes in stores for a few more weeks.
